Data subject rights we support
Right of access
Administrators can export structured data sets on demand. Employees may request a copy of their personal data via privacy@srws.co.za.
Right to rectification
Update inaccurate information directly within TriSentry or escalate changes to our support desk for validation.
Right to erasure
Submit deletion requests and we will purge data from live environments within 30 days and backups within 90 days, subject to statutory obligations.
Right to data portability
We provide exports in interoperable formats so you can move data to alternative processors when required.
Cross-border safeguards
For customers processing EU data in South African data centres, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and industry-standard encryption to maintain compliance. We are building toward future certifications and will publish updates here.
