SRWS privacy policy
We believe transparent data practices build the trust required to manage your workforce operations. This statement explains what we collect, how we protect it, and the rights you retain at every stage of your relationship with SRWS.
Information we collect
We collect profile details about your company, core workforce data required to configure SRWS modules, and limited usage analytics to improve the platform experience.
During onboarding we only request information necessary for implementation. Any optional data points are clearly marked and can be skipped without affecting go-live timelines.
How we use your information
Implementation data is used to configure compliance controls, workflow automation and user permissions across modules you have subscribed to.
Product usage events help our success team surface adoption trends, provide targeted enablement, and proactively identify issues before they escalate.
Storing & securing data
Your information is hosted in secured data centres with redundant backups and environment monitoring.
We segment customer data logically per tenant and enforce encryption at rest and in transit using modern TLS standards. Access is restricted to vetted members of the SRWS delivery team.
Retention & deletion
Operational data is retained for the duration of your services agreement. When you terminate or request deletion, we purge live environments within 30 days and archive backups within 90 days.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with vetted payroll, statutory submission or support partners when explicitly required to deliver contracted services.
All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements and minimum security requirements equivalent to SRWS policies.
Your data rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information at any time by emailing privacy@srws.co.za. We will confirm receipt within two business days and resolve formally within 20 business days.
You may also object to specific processing activities or request the transfer of your data to another processor where technically feasible.
