Infrastructure hardening
TriSentry runs on cloud infrastructure hosted in South Africa with network segmentation, firewalling and hardened operating systems managed by our DevOps team.
Data encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256. Secrets are rotated frequently and stored in secure vault services.
Access management
We apply least privilege principles with role-based permissions, mandatory MFA for internal tooling and quarterly access reviews.
Operational commitments
- Independent penetration tests scheduled annually starting FY2025.
- Incident response playbooks covering detection, analysis, containment and customer notification.
- Employee security awareness training, including phishing simulations and data handling procedures.
