How do we onboard our team?
Your SRWS implementation specialist guides the entire configuration. We start with a discovery session, load your workforce data, and deliver hands-on training within four sprints. You can revisit recorded walkthroughs anytime from the success portal.
Where can administrators request new features?
Log requests through the in-app feedback panel or email roadmap@srws.co.za. We consolidate feedback quarterly and update the product roadmap shared on this help centre.
How do we access live support?
Email support@srws.co.za or submit a ticket from within the SRWS platform. Our service desk covers 8am–6pm SAST weekdays with a 30-minute acknowledgement target. Critical incidents escalate to our on-call engineers after hours.
